This woodblock print artwork reflects the artist’s observations of the land of Patani in Southern Thailand. It depicts the beauty of the culture, traditions, and enduring sense of brotherhood. However, beneath it all, there is a strong underlying conflict that continues to haunt the people.
PATANI MERDEKA
This woodblock print artwork represents the voices of the people of Patani. It speaks of how Patani is a peaceful land that welcomes all segments of society, regardless of status, skin color, religion, or ethnicity.
