Jan–Feb 2025 / Art Workshop at Kg. Tagibang, Kota Marudu is a community-empowering arts initiative.
The programme began with the opening of a flute-making workshop led by Mr. Jumilin Kolopow, the Head of Kampung Tagibang, followed by a wood carving and printmaking workshop with Pangrok Sulap.
This two-way artistic exchange was not only a space for creativity, but also opened pathways for long-term collaboration with the community. With the active participation of village residents, the workshop has the potential to raise awareness, expand knowledge, and cultivate a sense of care towards contemporary issues.
